Great hotel and value for money. Very hygienically maintained. Right behind Elaf Bakkah hotel in Mahbas Al Jinn area. The road leading to the hotel is a bit steep, however, the hotel has 3 golf cars for picking and dropping guests from the hill. High speed WiFi works without issues. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pricing is reasonable and worth every penny. Highly recommended.
Hotel staff was friendly. They always responded positively when ever asked for anyting. Rooms were clean and tidy. More lighting is needed in bathroom and windows need to be cleaned from outside.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I stayed for one week while being in Makkah for work. I liked the value for money especially for the location. Easy on street parking. Taxi takes 3-5 SAR to haram. Or you can take SAPTCO bus for free. The Check in was quick and the room was clean. The staff was helpful especially Hesham at the front desk. Several shops around and a mosque nearby if you won’t make it to Salah on time in Haram. The WiFi was good. On the negative side: The hotel is above a hill and the hotel provides a golf cart to take you up the hill but if there are a number of guests waiting you will have wait or to go on foot which is hard for elderly. You have to ask for Housekeeping several times or they will not show up. No luggage rack No ironing facilities.
It looks difficult at first glance because it is situated on a hill but their cart service is very efficient. In this price its excellent. For haram access you have to use SAPTCO busses but since there is a dedicated separate road and tunnel for SAPTCO busses, its always easy to reach to haram.... sometimes in 15 mins from your room to haram gate, even in peak seasons.
Staff: Friendly & cooperative . Cleanless: Extra clean and well maintained, no smelly beds and pillow covers. Illumination: needs to be improved in bathroom by fixing stronger wattage bulbs. Resources: no towels available in bathroom and no towels rack . I had to call to request. Greetings: Some staff needs to put a smile on their face.
Cooperative staff Clean hotel It’s on the hill but golf car is rotating continuously- easy check in Best part is it’s infront of saptco stop for haram 6 riyals round way . It only takes 5 min from hotel to haram( drops near Safa ) Golf car drops u infront of the saptco stop Good value for money specially in peak season
Great hotel in the price range. It's new, clean, well managed and very cost effective. You can even find parking space in front of the hotel. The only drawback is the steep climb on the road to the hotel but the hotel provides golf cart pick and drop to and from the main road. Fully recommended if you want to stay in a budget friendly hotel in Mahbas aljin area.
